Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We may limit the quantities of products available to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, or other legitimate business reasons.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and contact information.

Please carefully review your order, including the product, size, color, personalization, quantity, shipping address, and other selections, before completing checkout.

Orders may enter production shortly after being placed. Once production has begun, we may be unable to cancel the order or make changes.

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@classroomcollective.co. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once submitted or placed into production.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to our posted Refund Policy and applicable law.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors as permitted by law.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

You agree to provide valid payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Delivery times may be affected by production time, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@classroomcollective.co. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Because some of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges solely because a customer selected the wrong size, selected the wrong color or product, entered incorrect information, or changed their mind, except where required by applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@classroomcollective.co and include your order information and photographs showing the issue and, where appropriate, the packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

Products specifically identified as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged except when defective, damaged, incorrect, or when otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to tools, applications, integrations, or services operated by third parties.

We do not control all third-party services and are not responsible for their independent operation, availability, policies, or practices.
